Wilson Pineapple Yams
- Into a small saucepan, add 2 tablespoons butter and brown sugar.
Over low heat, blend. Stir
in the cream.
- Now add a slice of pineapple at a time, turning so that you
glaze both sides.
pineapple slices to a heated plate or thermal container.
- In the saucepan,
add the yams, milk, 2 tablespoons butter, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the ingredients until they become fluffy.
- Now spoon ingredients over pineapple slices and serve.
Place in a thermal container.
It will keep warm until ready to enjoy.
