Sweet Potatoes with
Pineapple - Orange Glaze
1 - quart
4 - sweet
1/4 - teaspoon salt
1/8 - teaspoon freshly ground pepper
3/4 - cup orange marmalade
3/4 - cup Pineapple/Papaya Marmalade
1/3 - cup orange
1/2 - teaspoon salt
1 - Tablespoon butter
to 325° F. and butter

In a large pot, add water, sweet
potatoes, salt and pepper. Over medium heat, bring to a boil
and cook until fork tender. Remove and drain in a
