Bowden Hills Scalloped Asparagus
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Ingredients

Preheat oven to
325-degrees F.

Cook the asparagus in a little water until
tender, and then transfer to a buttered baking dish.

Shake the milk, flour, salt, and pepper together until well blended,
and add to the baking dish.

Add half the cheese and half the bread
crumbs. Stir.

Adding the remaining cheese and half the remaining bread crumbs, and
again stir.

Dot with butter,
sprinkle the remaining bread crumbs on top, and bake 30 minutes or until
brown.
