Roasted Green Beans With Peppers & Onion
Roasted Green Beans With Peppers & Onion Makes 6 (about 1 cup each) servings

Prep Time: 20 min.
Baking Time: 33 min.


  • 1 - pound whole frozen or fresh green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 - red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 - yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 - large onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 - cup Zesty Italian Dressing for the Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1/2 - cup Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese


Preheat oven to 400F.

  1. In large roasting pan, you want to toss green beans, red pepper, yellow pepper, and onion with dressing.
  2. Bake 30 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring after 15 min.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake an additional 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
