  • Spicy Ranch Sauce Ingredients

    • 1/2 - cup prepared ranch salad dressing

    • 2 - Tablespoons fresh cilantro

    • 2 - Tablespoons canned, chopped green chilies

    • 1 - Tablespoon green jalapeno hot pepper sauce

  • Burger Ingredients

    • 2 - pounds ground beef

    • 8 - slices American cheese

    • 8 - hamburger buns split

    • Romaine lettuce leaves

    • Tomato slices


  1. In a medium bowl, add the ranch salad dressing, cilantro, green chiles, and jalapeno hot pepper sauce. 

  2. Mix and cover. 

  3. Place in refrigerate until ready to use.

  4. Lightly shape ground beef into 8 (3/4-inch) patties. 

  5. Place patties on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. 

  6. Grill, uncovered, 11 to 13 minutes to medium (160�F) doneness, until no longer pink in center and juices show no pink color, turning occasionally. 

  7. About 1 minute before burgers are done, top with cheese slices.

  8. Line bottom of each bun with lettuce and tomato, as desired; top with burger. 

  9. Spoon sauce evenly over burgers.
