Black Bean and Avocado Salsa

Makes 32 (2-tablespoon) servings
Prep Time: 15 min.
Refrigerate: 1 hr.

Ingredients:

  • 1 - can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 2 - medium oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut into chunks

  • 1 - medium ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped

  • 1 - teaspoon Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper Seasoning Blend

  • 2 to 3 - Tablespoons orange juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix black beans, oranges, avocado, seasoning blend, orange juice, and cumin until well coated

  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
