Peanut Soup
 Makes 4 cups

• 1 - small onion, chopped

• 2 - stalks celery, chopped

• 5 - Tablespoons butter

• 2 - Tablespoons flour

• 1 - cup peanut butter

• 5 - cups chicken broth

• 1 - teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

• 1 - teaspoon salt

• 1/2 - cup peanuts, finely chopped

Directions:

1. In a stock pot over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions and celery until tender and translucent.  

2. Stir in flour, peanut butter, broth, Worcestershire sauce and salt.  Simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Serve in soup bowls garnished with chopped peanuts.
