Bourbon Street Deli Special Sandwich

Makes 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:

•    4  Kaiser rolls, split

•    4  teaspoon yellow mustard

• 1/2  cup chopped drained marinated pickled vegetables

•    4  Provolone Cheese Slices

•    3  slices Cotto Salami, cut in half

•    3  slices Bologna, cut in half

•    3  slices Chopped Ham, cut in half

•    4  slices tomato

•    4  lettuce leaves

Directions:

1. Spread bottom halves of rolls with mustard.

2. Cover each with 2 Tablespoons of the marinated vegetables and 1 cheese slice.

3. Top evenly with the meat, tomatoes and lettuce.

4. Cover with top halves of rolls.
