Black & White Cupcakes
Makes 30 cupcakes
Heat oven to 350°F. Line muffin cups
(2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper bake cups.
In large bowl, add sugar, flour,
cocoa, soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix.

*To sour milk: Use 1 tablespoon white
