Alan's Versatile Tailgate Platter

  • 1/2  pound sliced Deli White and/or Yellow American Cheese
  • 1/4  pound sliced Deli Swiss Cheese
  • 1/4  pound sliced Deli Jack Cheese Rounds, cut in half
  • 1/2  pound (3/4-inch thick) sliced Deli Jalapeno Cheese Food, cubed
  • 1/2  pound (3/4-inch thick) sliced Deli Muenster Cheese, cubed
  •    1  pound sliced deli turkey breast
  •    1  pound sliced deli honey ham
  • 1/4  pound sliced salami
  •    1  small red onion, thinly sliced
  •    3  tomatoes, cut into thin slices
  •        Lettuce leaves
  •        Sweet or dill pickles, sliced


  1. Arrange cheese slices and cubes on one platter.
  2. On a second platter, you want to arrange salami slices.
  3. Roll turkey and fold ham into quarters.
  4. Place turkey and ham on platter.
  5. Garnish with onions, tomato slices, lettuce and pickles.

  • Make-Ahead: You can make the platter up to 2 hours before party.
