Creamy Wild Rice and Turkey Soup

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Directions
  1. In a saucepan at moderate heat, pour in olive oil and heat.  
  2. Add the garlic, carrots, celery, and onion.  
  3. Sauté until onion is clear and vegetables soft.  
  4. Pour in chicken broth and add the wild rice, black pepper, and turkey.  
  5. Heat the soup for 10 minutes.  
  6. Add the whipping cream. 
  7. Ladle into soup bowls and garnish with parsley.

Picnicking & Tailgating

Heat (on stove or in microwave) and pour into a thermos.  When you get to the picnic or tailgate site, just pour and enjoy.
