15-Minute Albondigas Soup
Makes 4 (1-3/4 cup)

- 2 cans (14 ounces each) ready-to-serve beef broth
- 2 cup frozen
- 1 cup prepared
- 1 package fully-cooked
Tortilla chips (garnish)
Cilantro, chopped (garnish)
1) In medium saucepan over medium heat,
you will add the beef broth, corn and salsa.
2) Bring to a boil and
simmer for 5 minutes.
3) For now, microwave meatballs according to package directions.
4) Then add the meatballs to soup mixture and serve.
5) Garnish with
crumbled tortilla chips or chopped cilantro.

Heat (on stove or in microwave) and pour into a thermos.
When you get to the picnic or tailgate site, just pour and enjoy.
