Fast and Fantastic Black Bean Soup
Makes 2 (1-1/4 cups each) servings

Ingredients

1 - cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

1 - can (15 oz.)
black beans, drained, rinsed

1/4 - cup Thick 'N Chunky Medium
Salsa
-
2 oz.
VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Directions

PLACE broth, beans and salsa in blender and
blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

POUR into medium saucepan and cook on medium
heat for 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring
occasionally.

ADD VELVEETA and cook for 1 minute or until
melted, stirring constantly.
