Cream of Crab Soup

This rich and delicately seasoned soup is
impressive with its delectable morsels of crabmeat.

Ingredients

1/4 - cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine

2 - teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes

1-1/2 - teaspoons McCormick® Minced Onions

1 - teaspoon McCormick® Season-All®
Seasoned Salt

1 - teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard

1/8 - teaspoon McCormick® Ground Red Pepper

1/3 - cup flour
-
4 - cups milk
-
1 - pound fresh crabmeat*, picked over

2 - Tablespoons dry sherry (optional)
Directions

Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan on medium
heat.

Add seasonings and flour.

Whisk until well blended. Whisking
constantly, gradually add milk, .

Add crabmeat; simmer 20 minutes, stirring
occasionally.

Stir in sherry, if desired. Heat 1 to 2
minutes.
