Beans with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Cooking Time: HIGH 4 - 5 hours
2 - cups dried great northern beans,
sorted and rinsed
2 - garlic cloves, finely chopped
6 - cups water
1-1/2 - teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 - teaspoon salt
1/4 - teaspoon pepper
3/4 - cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
1 - can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
- In a 3-1/2 to 6-quart slow cooker, mix
beans, garlic, water, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5
hours or until beans are tender.
- Stir in tomatoes and olives. Serve.
