Sweet Corn
Potluck Pudding
Makes 14 servings.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: LOW 6 hours
Ingredients

1 - package (1 pound) frozen corn

2 - cans (11 ounces) Mexican whole kernel corn, red and green peppers

1 - can (14.75 ounces) cream style sweet corn

1 - package (6.5 ounces) corn muffin and bread mix

3/4 - cup water
-
1/4 - cup butter or margarine, melted

1 - teaspoon salt
Directions

In 3 to 4-quart slow cooker, add
frozen corn, Mexican corn, cream corn, corn muffin, water, butter or
margarine, and salt. Mix well.

Cover; cook on LOW setting for
3 hours.

Stir mixture; cover and cook an
additional 2 to 3 hours or until pudding is slightly puffed in center.
