Slow Cooker Chili (2)

to 7 hrs. and HIGH for 15 min.
1 - pound
boneless round steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 - large
chopped (1 cup)
2 - medium
stalks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 - can (28 oz) diced
1 - can (15 oz) tomato sauce
3 - teaspoons
2 - teaspoons ground
1/4 - teaspoon dried
1/4 - teaspoon ground
1 - medium
pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces (1 cup)
1 - can (19 oz) red
kidney beans, drained, rinsed
cheese, if desired
In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix round
steak, onion, celery stalks, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili
powder, ground cumin, dried oregano leaves, and ground cinnamon.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
Stir in bell pepper and beans. Increase heat
setting to HIGH. Uncover and cook about 15 minutes longer
or until slightly thickened. Serve with cheese.
