Turkey In a Slow

Cooking Time: HIGH 6 hours
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 - pounds turkey breast

1 - medium onion, chopped

1 - rib celery, chopped
-
1/4 - cup butter or margarine, melted

1/4 - teaspoon salt

1/4 - teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

1-1/2 - cups chicken broth
Directions
- Grease slow cooker sides
- Wash and dry turkey breast.
- Put onion and celery into turkey cavity.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Pour butter or margarine over turkey.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Pour broth into slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 6 hours.
- Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
