Italian Turkey Breast

This turkey is also great as an entree served with salad and vegetables

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: HIGH 8 hours


  • 4 to 6 - pounds Boneless Breast Roast
  • 2 - cups water
  • 2 - packages zesty Italian salad dressing mix, dry


  1. Place thawed turkey breast in 6-quart slow cooker. 
  2. Cook on HIGH 8 hours or until meat thermometer reads a temperature of 180 F when placed in the thickest part of the meat, not touching the bone.
  3. Take breast out of cooker. Remove the meat from the bone and slice or shred.
  4. Make gravy with cornstarch and remaining broth. Serve on toasted bun with gravy.
