Chicken and Noodles

Cooking Time: LOW 8 hours or HIGH 4 hours
1-1/2 - pounds boneless chicken
breasts with rib meat attached, cut in 1-inch chunks
1 - can (28 ounces) Crushed Tomatoes, plus 1 can water
2 - Tablespoons Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
6 - ounces egg noodles
- In slow cooker, mix chicken,
tomatoes, and chiles in sauce.
- Cook on LOW 8 hours or HIGH
- Stir in noodles the last 30
minutes of cook time; cook until noodles are tender.
