Boneless Chicken

Cooking Time: LOW 5 to 7 hours or HIGH 2 to 3 hours
Ingredients:
- 1/2 - cup olive oil

6 - boneless chicken breasts (sliced in halt)

1 - cup yellow onion, coarsely chopped

4 - jars (8-ounces) tomato basil or other marinara sauce

2 - teaspoons dried oregano, crushed

2 - teaspoons dried thyme, crushed

2 - teaspoons salt

2 - teaspoons black pepper

2 - teaspoons garlic, minced

1 - can (6-ounces) sliced mushrooms

1/4 - cup dry red wine (optional)

1 - cup green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
Directions:
- In a frying pan over medium-high
heat, add olive oil and chicken.
- Brown chicken.
- Into slow cooker add the onion, basil, oregano,
thyme, salt, pepper, garlic, mushrooms, wine, and bell peppers.
- Place the chicken on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7
hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
