Asian BarBQ Ribs
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Cooking Time: 7 to 8 hours on LOW
Season ribs with salt and
pepper. Brown both sides of the ribs in a skillet over
Combine ketchup, water,
brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and pineapple juice in a
saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
(At this point you can freeze the ribs in plastic freezer bags
with the sauce after the ribs have cooled. Thaw before cooking
in slow cooker.)
Place ribs and sauce in slow
cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.
