Savory Pork Roast

Makes 8 to 10 servings

Prep Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: HIGH 1 hr + LOW 6 hrs

Ingredients:

• 4 - 5  pounds pork loin roast
• 1   large onion, sliced
• 1   bay leaf
• 2   Tablespoon soy sauce
• 1   Tablespoon garlic powder

Directions:

1. Place roast and onion is slow cooker.
2. Add bay leaf, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
3. Cover and cook on HIGH 1 hour and then on LOW for 6 hours.
4. Slice and serve.
