Barbara's Cranberry Pork Roast

Cooking Time: LOW 8 to 10 hrs
Ingredients:
- 3 - 4 pounds pork roast
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup ground or finely
chopped cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon grated orange
peel
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
- Sprinkle roast with slat and pepper.
- Place in slow cooker
- In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, honey, orange peel,
cloves, and nutmeg.
- Pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on LOW to 8 to 10 hours.
