Easy Cheesy Kielbasa
with Beans

Slow Cooking Time: LOW 8 to 10 hrs.

pound ground
chuck

1
large green bell
pepper (diced)

large onion
(chopped)

1
package
16-ounce) kielbasa sausage (thinly sliced)

cans
(10-3/4-ounce) tomato soup (un-drained)

1
can (14-1/2-ounce)
diced tomatoes (un-drained)
-
1
can (10-ounce)
diced tomatoes with green chilies (un-drained)
-
4
cans (16-ounce)
pinto beans (un-drained)
-
4
cans (15-ounce)
pork and beans (un-drained)

1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon
pepper

cups (8-ounces)
shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
-
In a skillet over
medium-high heat, cook ground chuck, bell pepper, and onion,
stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink.

Remove
from heat and drain.
-
In skillet, brown
kielbasa and drain.

Place ground chuck
mixture, sausage, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, pinto beans, pork
and beans, salt, and pepper in a 5-quart Slow Cooker.

Cook, covered, at
LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Stir in cheddar
cheese just before serving.
