Simply the Best Nacho Dip
Makes 10 - 15 servings

Cooking Time: LOW 1 hour
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck beef

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper
-
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 jars (16-ounce) salsa (chef's choice: hot, mild or in between)

1 can (15-ounce) refried beans

1-1/2 cups sour cream

3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
tortilla chips
Directions
- In a skillet, brown ground beef.
- Drain.
- Add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic.
- Into the slow cooker, add beef mixture, salsa, beans, sour cream, and 2
cups cheese.
- Cover and heat on LOW 2 hours.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the remaining 1 cup cheese over top.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
