Simply the Best Nacho Dip

Cooking Time: LOW 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 1        pound ground chuck beef
  • 1/4     teaspoon salt
  • 1/8     teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4     teaspoon onion powder
  • 2        cloves garlic, minced
  • 2        jars (16-ounce) salsa (chef's choice: hot, mild or in between)
  • 1        can (15-ounce) refried beans
  • 1-1/2  cups sour cream
  • 3        cups cheddar cheese, shredded tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic.
  4. Into the slow cooker, add beef mixture, salsa, beans, sour cream, and 2 cups cheese.
  5. Cover and heat on LOW 2 hours.
  6. Just before serving, sprinkle the remaining 1 cup cheese over top.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
