Chili-Cheese Taco Dip

10 to 12 servings

Cooking Time: LOW 1-1/2 hrs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can chili, without beans
- 1 pound mild Mexican Velveeta cheese,
cubed
- Taco or Tortilla Chips
Directions:
- In a skillet brown beef, crumble into small
pieces, and drain.
- In slow cooker, combine beef, chili, and
cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or
until cheese is melted.
- Stir occasionally to blend ingredients.
- Serve warm with taco or tortilla chips.
