Easy Nacho Dip
Makes
10 to 15 servings
Prep Time: 15 min.
Cooking Time: LOW 2 hrs.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
- 2 jars (16-ounces) salsa (hot or
mild)
- 1 can (15-ounces) refried beans
- 1-1/2 cups sour cream
- 3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
and divided

Tortilla chips
Directions:
- In a frying pan, brown ground beef.
Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic.
- In your slow cooker, add beef,
salsa, beans, sour cream and 2-cups cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2
hours.
- Just before serving I like to add
the remaining 1 cup cheese.
- You want to serve with tortilla
chips.
