Brownie
Bottoms
Makes 8 servings.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: HIGH 2 hours
1/2 - cup brown sugar
3/4 - cup water
2 - Tablespoon cocoa powder
2-1/2 - cups packaged brownie mix
2-3/4 - ounces package chocolate pudding mix
1/2 - cup milk chocolate chip morsels
2 - eggs
3 - Tablespoon butter, melted
3/4 - cup water
Lightly grease the 3-quart slow cooker
with a non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small saucepan, add the brown
sugar, 3/4-cup water and cocoa powder and bring to a boil.
- In a small bowl, add the pudding mix,
chocolate chip morsels, eggs, butter and water to form a batter.
- Spread the batter into the slow
cooker, and pour the boiling mixture over the batter.
- Cover cook on HIGH for 1-1/2
hours.
- Turn of heat and let stand for 30
minutes before serving.
