Grilled Flank Steak Fajitas
On Tortillas

In a large mixing
bowl, mix beer, soy sauce,
Worcestershire Sauce, lime, chopped jalapeno, garlic, and cilantro.

Add flank steak and cover in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Preheat grill to medium.

Grill flank steak to a medium well
temperature. Grill steak 5
minutes on each side.

When
finished place on serving plate and set aside to cool.

Slice steak on the bias.

Using a frying pan, melt 1-tablespoon
butter, and warm tortillas shell. Or,
you may place in microwave oven to warm.

Using a pan, melt 2-tablespoons butter
and sauté poblano chilies, yellow onion, and minced garlic until onion is
clear and tender.

Place in a
serving bowl.

Bring steak, tortillas, and chilies and
onion mixture to the table.

Let
your quests; place the steak in the tortillas and spoon on the chilies and
onion mixture.
