Provolone Pesto Wrap

Ingredients:
- 1/2 - cup Light Sour Cream
- 1/4 - cup reduced-fat pesto
- 4 - whole wheat flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 2 - cups packed fresh spinach leaves, washed,
stems removed, torn
- 1 - large tomato, thinly sliced, cut in half
- 4 - slices (1-ounce each) Deli Provolone
Cheese, cut in half
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream and pesto.
- Spread evenly over tortillas.
- Layer tortillas with spinach leaves, tomato
slices and cheese.
- Roll up tortillas and secure with
toothpicks, if necessary.
