Chicken and Three-Cheese

1 - pound Fresh Ground
1 - box Uncle Ben's "Country Inn" Three Cheese Rice
3 - Tablespoons green
chiles, chopped, canned
1-3/4 - cups water
1/2 - cup tomatoes,
12 - fat-free (or
regular) flour tortillas, 8- to 10-inch
Wash hands. Heat a
large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add chicken; cook,
stirring frequently, 6 to 9 minutes or until chicken
is browned and juices run clear. Wash hands. Add rice, seasoning
packet, chilies and water to skillet; mix well. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover.
Simmer for 10 to 15
minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is
absorbed. Stir in tomato; let
stand 5 minutes. Heat tortillas
according to package directions.
Spoon chicken mixture
evenly down center of tortillas. Wrap or roll to
enclose chicken mixture. Serve wraps with sour
cream and salsa. Refrigerate leftovers.
