Chicken and Three-Cheese
Rice Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 - pound Fresh Ground
Chicken
- 1 - box Uncle Ben's®
Country Inn® Three Cheese Rice
- 3 - Tablespoons green
chiles, chopped, canned
- 1-3/4 - cups water
- 1/2 - cup tomatoes,
chopped
- 12 - fat-free (or
regular) flour tortillas, 8- to 10-inch
Directions
- Wash hands. Heat a
large nonstick skillet over medium-high.
- Add chicken; cook,
stirring frequently, 6 to 9 minutes or until chicken
is browned and juices run clear. Wash hands.
- Add rice, seasoning
packet, chilies and water to skillet; mix well.
- Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover.
- Simmer 10 to 15
minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is
absorbed.
- Stir in tomato; let
stand 5 minutes.
- Heat tortillas
according to package directions.
- Spoon chicken mixture
evenly down center of tortillas.
- Wrap or roll to
enclose chicken mixture.
- Serve wraps with sour
cream and salsa.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
