Dijon Tuna Salad Sandwiches
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

2 - can (9 ounces) tuna, oil or water, drained

granulated garlic powder
-
black pepper
-
salt
-
2 - heaping tablespoons prepared mustard

2 - heaping tablespoons mayonnaise

2 - Tablespoon celery seed
-
2 - stalk celery, chopped nicely
-
2 - small diced white onion
-
1/2 - cup seasoned bread crumbs
-
8 - slices bread or two pita breads
Directions:
-
In a mixing bowl, add tuna, garlic
powder, pepper and salt, season to taste, light on salt.

Mix in mayonnaise and mustard.
-
Add in celery and bread crumbs until
well mixed.
-
Put in in diced onion and mix well, add to
bread as sandwich filling or stuff into pita.
