Crabmeat Salad Sandwich
Makes 4
sandwiches
Ingredients:

1 - can (7-1/2 ounces) crabmeat, drained and cartilage
removed

1/4 - cup sour cream
-
1/4 - cup celery, chopped
-
1/4 - teaspoon salt
-
1/2 - teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-
8 - slices cucumber
-
8 - slices whole wheat bread
Directions:
-
In a medium-mixing bowl, add the crabmeat, sour cream,
celery, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix well.
-
Spread the Crabmeat Salad filling on bottom piece of
bread.

Add 2 slices of cucumber and top with second bread
slice.
