Cheddar-Crabmeat Salad Sandwich

Makes 4 sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 - can (7-1/2 ounces) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed

• 1/4 - cup sour cream

• 1/2 - cup cheddar cheese

• 1/4 - cup celery, chopped

• 1/4 - teaspoon salt

• 1 - teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

• 8 - slices tomato

• 8 - slices Italian bread

Directions

1. In a medium-mixing bowl, add the crabmeat, sour cream, cheese, celery, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

2. Spread the Cheddar-Crabmeat Salad filling on bottom piece of bread. 
3. Add 2 slices of tomato and top with second bread slice.
