Turkey Focaccia Sandwich with Basil
Delicious, shaved slices of turkey
breast meat, layered with Provolone cheese and lettuce served on foccacia
and garnished with a spicy Basil Salsa.
Prep time: 15 min.
- 2 - (8.81 ounces) Focaccia bread loaves
- 2-3 - washed & dried lettuce leaves
- 3/4 - pound shaved Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast
- 4 - ounces shaved provolone cheese
- On large plate, place one focaccia loaf upside
- Arrange lettuce over focaccia and top with
turkey, Basil Salsa and cheese.
- Place remaining focaccia loaf over top.
- To serve, slice into 6 wedges.
Serve with Basil
