Tuscan Provolone Turkey Sandwich

  • 1 - pound Fat-free Mesquite-smoked Honey Turkey Breast, sliced
  • 4 - hoagie rolls
  • 1/2 - cup basil pesto
  • 2 - Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 - medium red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
  • 8 - slices Provolone cheese
  • Direction

    1. Heat olive oil in sauté pan over medium heat.
    2. Add pepper strips to the pan and sauté until slightly softened.
    3. Separate peppers into 2 long rows in the pan and cover each with 2 cheese slices.
    4. While cheese melts, arrange turkey breast on hoagie rolls and spread with basil pesto.
    5. When cheese is melted, top sandwiches with peppers and serve hot.
