Sandwich Recipes from AlansKitchen.comIngredients

  • 4 - fully cooked chicken fillets
  • 4 - slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 - cups Marinara sauce
  • 4 - French bread rolls, sliced lengthwise and toasted

Directions

Thoroughly heat fillets according to package directions.

  1. Top each portion with a slice of mozzarella cheese. 
  2. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts. 
  3. Heat Marinara sauce in a saucepan or in microwave dish until thoroughly heated, but do not boil. 
  4. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  5. Place chicken on bottom half of roll. 
  6. Generously spoon sauce over chicken and place top half of roll over sauce. 
  7. Serve with remaining sauce.
