Ingredients:
- 2/3 - cup Ranch Garden Vegetable Dressing
- 4 - cups Cubed tomatoes, seeded
- 2 - cups Diced English cucumbers, seeded
- 1 - cup Diced bell pepper, assorted colors
- 1/4 - cup Minced Italian parsley
- 1/4 - cup Minced mint leaves
- 1 - Tablespoon Ground cumin
- 6 - Pita pocket breads, cut in halves
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine dressing, tomatoes,
cucumbers, bell pepper, parsley, mint, cumin, salt, and
pepper.
- Stuff the pita pocket halves with the
vegetable mixture.
