Oriental Turkey Pitas
Makes 4 Pitas
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Turkey, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh bean sprouts, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 dash pepper, ground
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 4 seven-inch pita loaves, halved crosswise
Directions:
- Place one lettuce leaf inside each pita half.
- In a small bowl, stir together bean sprouts, mayonnaise, onion,
sesame seeds, soy sauce, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Fill pita halves with mixture.
- Serve.
