Pork Tenderloin Fajitas Wrap

Marinade Time: 2 hrs
Roasting Time: 25 min


  •       4 Fresh Tenderloin, about 12 oz. each
  • 1-1/2 cups prepared fajita marinade
  •      16 flour tortillas, warmed
  •           Bell peppers, saut�ed, if desired
  •           Onion strips, saut�ed, if desired
  •           Sour cream, if desired
  •           Guacamole, if desired


  • Place tenderloins in large resealable plastic bag and add marinade. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 450F.

  1. Remove tenderloins from marinade; discard leftover marinade.
  2. Pat tenderloins dry and place in shallow roasting pan.
  3. Roast tenderloins 20 to 25 minutes or until done (internal temp 160F).
  4. Slice tenderloins into thin strips.
  5. Serve on flour tortillas with saut�ed bell pepper and onion strips, sour cream and guacamole.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers
