Ingredients
- 1 - pound boneless rib
eye pork roast, cut in 1/4- inch slices
- 1/2 - cup Italian
Dressing, divided
- 1/2 - medium onion,
sliced
- 1 - package (10-ounces)
shredded cabbage
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - teaspoon pepper
- 8 - plain Kaiser rolls
- 1/4 - cup Dijon mustard
(optional)
Directions
- Place roast slices in a
medium mixing bowl.
- Pour 1/4 cup of dressing
over meat.
- Cover and refrigerate at
least 45 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- In a medium frying pan,
heat remaining dressing.
- Add onions and saut�
until almost tender.
- Add cabbage, salt, and
pepper.
- Stir and saut� until
tender.
- Place cabbage in a
serving bowl.
- In the same frying pan,
cook meat slices 10 to 15 minutes, or until tested
done.
- Place meat on Kaiser
roll, top with cabbage, and spread with mustard if
desired.
