Cook time: 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 - pound boneless rib eye pork roast, cut in 1/4- inch slices
  • 1/2 - cup Italian Dressing, divided
  • 1/2 - medium onion, sliced
  • 1 - package (10-ounces) shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 - teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 - teaspoon pepper
  • 8 - plain Kaiser rolls
  • 1/4 - cup Dijon mustard (optional)

Directions

  1. Place roast slices in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of dressing over meat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 45 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  4. In a medium frying pan, heat remaining dressing.
  5. Add onions and saut� until almost tender.
  6. Add cabbage, salt, and pepper.
  7. Stir and saut� until tender.
  8. Place cabbage in a serving bowl.
  9. In the same frying pan, cook meat slices 10 to 15 minutes, or until tested done.
  10. Place meat on Kaiser roll, top with cabbage, and spread with mustard if desired.
