Hawaiian Ranch Pork Sliders

  • 1/4 - cup mayonnaise
  • 2 - Tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 - packets (1-ounce) ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix, divided
  • 1/2 - cup cracker meal
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - pound pork tenderloin, trimmed, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/4 - cup canola oil, for frying
  • 8 - Hawaiian sweet rolls or dinner rolls
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato


  1. In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, and two teaspoons ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix.
  2. Whisk together.
  3. Refrigerate ranch mayonnaise until ready to serve.
  4. In a shallow bowl, combine cracker meal and one tablespoon ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix and set aside.
  5. Lightly beat eggs in a shallow bowl and set aside.
  6. Between two pieces of plastic wrap, pound pork tenderloin slices to 1/4-inch thick and set aside.
  7. In a large frying pan, over medium-high heat, heat canola oil.
  8. Empty remaining ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix packets onto a large plate.
  9. Dredge each pork patty into mixture to coat both sides.
  10. Dip each into egg mixture then press into cracker meal.
  11. When oil is shiny, place pork patties in frying pan.
  12. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  13. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
  14. Serve on Hawaiian sweet rolls or desired roll, with ranch mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and condiments of your choice.
