Quick Pork Fajitas

Ingredients
- 1 - pound Pork
Tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 3 - Tablespoons fajita
seasoning or 3 - Tablespoons
prepared fajita marinade
- 1/2 - onion, sliced
- 1/2 - green bell
pepper, sliced
- 4 - flour tortillas,
warmed
Directions
- Toss pork pieces with
fajita seasoning in a small bowl.
- Heat a large nonstick
skillet over medium-high.
- Add pork pieces, onion
and bell pepper.
- Stir-fry until just
tender.
- Divide meat and
vegetables among tortillas. Serve with salsa.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Alan’s Kitchen Tip:
To
make slicing easier, first place tenderloin in freezer for
about 20 minutes.
