Bacon-Chutney Egg Breakfast SandwichIngredients

  • 8 - slices Wheat Bread
  • Chutney Mayonnaise (recipe below)
  • 4 - slice Provolone Cheese
  • 4 - Egg cooked over-medium
  • 12 - strips Premium Regular Smoked Bacon microwaved crisp
  • 8 - slices medium-sized Tomatoes
  • 2 - cups Spicy Sprouts

Directions

  1. Toast bread, spread both slices with chutney mayonnaise.
  2. Top with cheese, egg, bacon, tomato and spicy sprouts.

Chutney Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - cup Mango Chutney
  • 1 - cup Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Chop chutney into small pieces, add to mayonnaise.
  2. Mix well and store in refrigerator
