Egg Salad Sandwich
Makes 4 sandwiches.

Ingredients:

- hard-cooked eggs, peeled &
diced

- cup celery diced

- cup mayonnaise

- teaspoons lemon juice

- teaspoons dried
dill

- teaspoon dry
mustard

- teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- teaspoon salt

- teaspoon white pepper

- teaspoon Cayenne

- slices French bread
Directions:
-
In a mixing
bowl, add the eggs, celery,
mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce,
salt, white pepper, and Cayenne.

Using a tablespoon, place the egg salad on bottom
slice of French bread.

Place the top slice of bread on bottom. Using a sharp knife cut bread in half and place
on plate.
