  • 4 - Kaiser roll or large burger bun
  • 1 - cup barbecue sauce
  • 8 - Tablespoons salsa
  • 8 - slices ham
  • 8 - slices smoked cheddar cheese
  • 1 - red onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 - Bratwurst Burger patties

Directions

  1. Cut roll in half. 
  2. Spread 1 teaspoon of barbecue sauce on each half. 
  3. Place 1-tablespoon salsa on bottom bun and cover with one brat patty. 
  4. Top with slice of ham and cheese. 
  5. Add second patty and repeat ham and cheese slices. 
  6. Top with remaining salsa and cover with bun.
