Hot Dogs and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

• 6 - cups water

• 1 - pound hot dogs (8 to 10)

• 1 - can sauerkraut

• 8 to 10 - hot dog buns

• 3 - teaspoons prepared mustard

• 1/4 - cup onion, chopped

Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the hot dogs. 
2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. 
3. In a small saucepan, heat sauerkraut over low heat.
4. Drain. 
5. Place hot dogs in bun and top with sauerkraut, mustard and onion.
