Hot Dog and Egg Salad Sandwich

Makes 4 sandwiches.

Ingredients:

• 3 - Hot Dogs, chopped (about 1 cup)
• 1 - hard boiled egg, chopped
• 1 - Tablespoon onion, chopped fine
• 1/3 - cup ketchup
• 1/4 - teaspoon salt
• 1/8 - teaspoon pepper
• 4 - slices green bell pepper
• 4 - hot dog buns

Directions:

1. In a medium-mixing bowl, add the hot dogs, egg, onion, ketchup, salt and pepper. 
2. Mix well. 
3. Spread the Hot Dog and Egg Salad filling into the hot dog bun. 
4. Add bell pepper to the top.
