Sub Sandwich

Makes 4 sandwiches

Ingredients

• 4 - sub loafs

• 2 - Tablespoons butter or margarine, soft

• 4 - leaves lettuce

• 4 - ounces sliced salami

• 2 - tomatoes, sliced

• Shake salt

• Shake pepper

• 4 - ounces sliced Swiss cheese

• 4 - ounces sliced deli ham

• 1/2 - cucumber, sliced thin

• 1 - large onion, sliced

• 3 - Tablespoons prepared mustard

Directions

1. Cut bread in half horizontally. 

2. Spread bottom half with butter. Layer lettuce, salami and tomatoes on butter bread; season with salt and pepper.

3. Layer on the cheese, ham, cucumber and onion of top of tomatoes. 

4. Spread top half of bread with mustard.
